About InAddition
InAddition offers professional support coordination services for NDIS participants, nursing assessments and care plans, advocacy and referrals, capacity building and training in self-management and plan management for NDIS participants, as well as accounting and book-keeping services. Our focus is on providing flexibility in service provision for individuals and families to best meet your needs. Services can be accessed through organising home visits, if you are locally based; or via phone, online, and email. We are passionate about helping people and families navigate NDIS in a supported way. We believe in offering services that are transparent, accountable and in line with best practice and industry standards. We are here to help manage the chaos and reduce stress, so that you can focus on living your best life.

Megan Willis
Megan is a Registered Nurse and Midwife with nearly thirty years of experience in health care. She is passionate about caring for others and promoting health and well-being from a holistic perspective. Megan is a mum with a beautiful neurodiverse family and lived experience of juggling the demands of work, study, and family. She embodies the saying, “Some call it Chaos, we call it Family!”
Sharon Dick
Sharon has over 20 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting and administraion. She is a CPA qualified accountant and Register BAS Agent. Sharon is currently studying Certificate IV in Community Services. Sharon's passion is for small business and individuals. She has lived experience with NDIS support coordination and care. Sharon leads with her heart and understands the challenges that families face.
Heidi Chandler
Heidi is a patient and attentive listener who thrives on working collaboratively with others. She excels in communication and demonstrates strong cultural and LGBTQI sensitivity, enabling her to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals. Heidi has a background in Nursing and has chosen to move into the Diffability Sector.
As a compassionate, hardworking, and professional care worker, she brings a multi-skilled approach and a proven track record of delivering exemplary personal care. Heidi is committed to empowering individuals, making a positive impact in their lives, and promoting their independence.
Heidi enjoys case management and coordination of supports and brings both personal and professional knowledge and skills to the role. As a hardworking mum with a neurodiverse family, Heidi has a deep understanding of the joys and challenges of working with families with different needs. Heidi embodies the affirmation, “I choose to be happy!”
